Psychological testing was obtained on 5/22/1980 by Dr. Bruce S_____. Abstracts of certain comments by Dr. S_____ from the results section of the test include the following: 1) Andy scores in the normal range of intelligence. His potential IQ is estimated to lie in the superior range of most test measures, sensitive to neurological psychological functioning. 2) His personality functioning is basically introversive. He is constricted and does not allow himself much in the way of an emotional response to situations. He rarely lets himself go emotionally. When faced with a complex stimulus in situations he tends to retreat. He is moody, opinionated, unstable and rebellious. He is extroverted and overactive, impulsive, and rather irresponsible. He hostile, socially shallow and superficial, with fluctuating morals and poor conscience development. Although his social skills may appear good, he eventually displays a lack of judgment, poor internal controls and neglect of obligations. He is resentful and suspicious of others, feels frequently mistreated and has feelings of persecution and ideas of reference are present. His level of anxiety is high. His reality testing is poor overall. His deficiencies are mostly in the form of weakness and inprecision. There are indicators that his reality testing can fail quite seriously to the point where psychotic or near psychotic episodes are more than possible. He is very dependent and presented many oral aggressive as well as "feeding" images in his protocol. He is very preoccupied with himself and his wants and needs. He is violently resentful of authority, rejects and rebels against it with much of his anger focused at the time of the testing upon the authoritarian structure.
