AlessandroStella

Alessandro Stella was born in Italy. He has been living and working in Paris since he graduated as a set designer from the “Accademia delle Belle Arti” in Rome. His work is focused on Superstar, a character he created a couple of years ago. Superstar is a creature that evolves in an imaginary world, his reality that is. Superstar decides on his image and on that of the characters that live with him. He reveals his inner self and hides behind a " logo". He can become an object, a painting, a picture and a motion picture. Alessandro Stella literally throws us into this new world, distorting characters, nature and spaces. His work has been in different installations in France and abroad as well.
