BIOGBruce Anderson, is a fine accomplished and highly acclaimed singing Artist who loves the International language and art form that is MusicBruce hails originally from the Gwent Valleys and he has been entertaining at International venues for two decades. His love of music and singing came from his musical family background, with his early years experiencing performances of the music of London productions which included the likes of Cats, Joseph, Chess, West Side Story and Les Miserables.Such is the diverse range of his musical talent, he took to Rock and sang lead vocal with the successful South Wales based band Revolva who performed at many nationally renowned venues. He won the UK Battle of the Bands vocalist of the year award in 2000 and performed at the Glastonbury Music Festival in 2002.His love of all genres then changed his approach and as a solo artist he began to include many of the more classical items in his repertoire together with the more established musical favourites. He won the prestigious 'Welsh Vocalist of the Year Award' in both 2001 and 2005. He has performed on both Radio and Television in the UK and has regular worldwide support for his musical talent. In March 2007 he entertained members of the Bahrain Welsh Society during a flying visit there.Music to suit all tastes from Rock base to the classics of Mario Lanza, Il Divo, Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban and Mario Frangoulis including the popular musical productions of recent decades. This truly great singer includes them all in his most entertaining and enjoyable shows. He will not disappoint his discerning audience, whatever the age.His latest Album, 'Mama' has sold worldwide and includes many of the favourite classical and modern items. It was listed as 'Album of the week' on the BBC Radio Wales, Chris Needs' Show shortly after release and gets regularly playlisted.Bruce, who is based in Bridgend, South Wales, where he lives with his wife Claire, son Samuel and dog Harry, is soon to start recording for his next album, due out in October.
