(In a perfect world I would of been a photographer.) I Love the Virgen of Guadalupe but I'm not Catholic. I love the imagery and culture. Day of the Dead skulls are cool. Flashing my "pan", drunkin rumblin with punk rock boys-("wait, let me take off my hoop earrings first!") wearing my skirt like a cape, eating at Favorite places Philippe's, Patsy's Pizza, Brite Spot and El Botanitas. Music- my Life!!I grew up listening to Freestyle!! Love Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam. Stevie B. Any and all 80's music. Bowie of course (Rebel Rebel love it!!) the Alarm, the Ramones, Berlin, B-52s, Smiths, Morrissey, the Cure, Sioxsie, OMD, Billy Idol, Straycats, Duran Duran (Blue Moon on Monday is my fav), Oingo Boingo, Depeche Mode, Men Without Hats, Blondie, Joan Jett (I should list her under heroes!) Again all 80's music!!! 80's rap: Salt n' Pepa, Digital Undergound, Young MC, 2 Live Crew, MC Breed, Father MC, MC Luscious -again too many to list! I can dig some 70's. ABBA- need I say more! In Classic Rock I adore Creedence, Glam Rock I can dig Sweet, Iggy Pop and T-Rex. 90's music- STP, Nirvana, Sound Garden. I love it all. I can get low and dirty with Hip-Hop, Tupac, Lil Jon (Ye-ah!) the Ying-Yang Twins and Luda, yet get all Emo with these poppy punk bands. Bands I like are the Killers, the Kaiser Chiefs, Le Tigre, The Bravery and White Stripes. I've always enjoyed- the Reverand Horton Heat, the CLaSH, the Cramps, the Violent Femmes, the Sex Pistols, Bad Religion, Social Distortion, Weezer, PJ Harvey, Portishead, Peaches, The Donnas, Garbage and Green Day. In heavy rotation in my trucks 6disc CD changer is Miss Derringer, Tupac, the Cramps and several CDs the JMan made for me..music I should know!!!

My new Fav is "Pan's Labyrinth" sniff. But my all time Favorite movie is "Boogie Nights" Paul Thomas Anderson is a Genius!! Each scene is so detailed and accurate- its amazing! Next favorite is "Full Metal Jacket". "Vertigo" is just too amazing for words. "Arsenic and Old Lace" Cary Grant is Hilarious!"Party Monster" I totally set guidelines for my life by watching that movie- I think thats Kinda Bad!! all "Harry Potter" movies. "The Nightmare Before Christmas". Some horror movies. "Land of the Dead" Loved it!! The "Scream" trilogy. "Suspiria" is a trip. "Dexter" on Showtime. An hour of jaw dropping entertainment!! Trying to ween myself off of too much TV. But "America's Next Top Model" and "Pants Off Dance Off" will hold my attention... when these shows are in season I Never Miss "Entourage", "the L Word" and "the Sopranos".
