When Darkness falls, a World is born.

A brutal murder has been committed outside a trendy Chicago nightspot, The Nocturne. Homicide detectives Ilya Romanov and Sonia Flores are called on the case. As they search for clues and a motive, they find the answers may lie with The Nocturne's mysterious owners Mikhail and Arya Vladimir.

Romanov and Flores find themselves in a race against time to stop the killer from claiming its next victim, they are also pulled in to dark underworld that exists virtually undetected.
