What happened to all of the street teams here in Chicago? How are you suppose to find out about what's going on if you don't know anybody? How would anyone learn about what you may be doing if you if you were an up and coming artist, label or show promoter?
Hand2Hand is a promotional street team business like no other. We specialize in the distribution of promotional materials for musicians, independent labels & promoters for Chicago's Independent Hip Hop scene. We're in the business to create a buzz.
Believe it or not there are several scenes co-existing with one another. How do you bridge the gap? Gentrification has priced out local business owners with space cheap enough to rent to crews that did or were looking to throw parties at. Those days are over. Not to mention the over saturation of indie music and myspace has rendered street teams almost useless.
Unfortunately, we no longer have the luxury of promoting from home and home alone. No pun intended. We need the human element. Person to person. Hand to hand.
