Whatever name you use, you’re still referring to DyVersaStyle. Over 15 years. That’s the amount of time these two artists have known each other. Nearly 5 years is the amount of time they have called themselves DyVersaStyle. In a time where substance is second to style, Volatyle and N’Sayne Asylum (pronounced insane asylum) have proved that lyricism still exists. This ain’t no hip-hop though, don’t get it twisted. These two men spew venom on every verse. So much so that the term “hardcore” gets thrown around a lot. This ain’t no Chi-town gangsta shit either, don’t confuse it. To describe our music is to describe our name. DyVersaStyle. Diverse, versatile, many styles with a universal sound. The lyrics. The beats. The look. The total package. From club banging dance tracks like “Roller Coaster” and “Slow Motion” to hardcore hood anthems like “Stackin’ Dough”. From the conscious and controversial like “Backlash” and “Fuck My City” to high energy genre bending tracks like “Move Yo Body” and “This Bitch Is Burning Up”, DyVersaStyle runs the entire gamut of what a real artist should be.
