In its thirty-one quarterly issues since March 2000, our magazine has had the honor of publishing the works of many great writers, including Steve Almond, Katharine Weber, Mike Resnick, Aimee Bender, Sam Lipsyte, Kirk Nesset, Judith Cofer, Robert Boswell, Bruce Holland Rogers, Pamela Painter, Michelle Richmond and Liz Rosenberg.
I was born and raised in the former Soviet Union, but now reside in New York State. My fiction, creative non-fiction and poetry have appeared or about to appear in Mississippi Review, Virginia Quarterly, Exquisite Corpse, Swink, Iowa Review, McSweeney's, Turnrow, Connecticut Review, The Bloomsbury Review, WW Norton anthology "Flash Fiction Forward," and elsewhere. My novel "My Life at First Try" is scheduled for publication in May 2008 by Counterpoint Press. I am the recipient of the Broome Country Art Council grant. I am also the interview editor for Web Del Sol and a book reviewer for The Bloomsbury Review and the American Book Review.
The flash fiction anthology "You Have Time for This" I co-edit with Tom Hazuka comes out from Ooligan Press in November.
A similar anthology comes out from Shanghai Foreign language Press this summer.
