I Love You

ROCK IS KING!

About Me

I Love You was a band that formed in Hollywood, CA in 1988 from the ashes of Florida punk-metal gods The Sinful Pigeons. Original members were Jeff Nolan, Chris Palmer, Aaron Rubin, and Elliott Crawford. After recording a version of Elvis' 'Burnin' Love' for the SST compliation "The Melting Plot", Phil Newman joined the band as bass player. That lineup perfomed many Hollywood/Los Angeles shows and did two U.S. tours. Hollywood stomping grounds in the early days were Raji's, The Anti Club, The Coconut Teaszer, The Gaslight, and The Whiskey. The band reformed after signing with Geffen with Mike Kossler on bass, and Tom Sweet on drums. They continued to tour and released a live EP on Enigma, and two studio recordings on Geffen. This site is for music and info on the band in its early days throughout its career. Music at this site includes rare and previously unreleased tracks including the demo version of "Insurrection" which was featured in an episode of "Married With Children" in 1989. IF YOU HAVE ANY OLD PHOTOS, FLYERS, OR OTHER COOL SHIT, SEND THEM OUR WAY! Also, if you have any idea where Chris Palmer is, please let us know.CHECK OUT THESE ALBUM REVIEWS BY MARTIN POPOFF:
