Have you ever woke up and thought Gee i feel like crap and then had a crap day its all mind control. When you wake up and embrace the day you have a great day. Your thoughts are like magnets and magnets attract things right, So positive thoughts attract positive thoughts. See its easy. I promise you if you find something good out of a bad situation it wont consume you and drag you down. If you think you can you will. Try it. And if you find you are in a depression Think that you can get out of it and decide to change your thoughts and before your eyes your no longer depressed.
