(English version at the end)Carioca da Praça da Bandeira, era guitarrista de ouvido desde os 13 anos - quando tinha como Ãdolos roqueiros como Ace Frehley, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, entre outros - e resolveu estudar teoria aos 16. Aos 18, já apaixonado também pelo jazz e a black music, faria seu primeiro trabalho profissional acompanhando a cantora Maria Clara Pierotti, hoje radicada nos Estados Unidos. Aos 21 anos, estava formado em Harmonia, Improvisação e Arranjo pelo Centro Musical Antônio Adolfo, quando começou a dar aulas particulares e em escolas. Ao longo deste perÃodo teve aulas com Antônio Adolfo, Scott Henderson, Nélson Faria, Ricardo Siveira, Nico Assumpção, João Carlos Assis Brasil, Victor Biglione, Mariza Gandelmann, Alexandre Carvalho, Tomati , Fred Ryos, Rama e Rômulo Thompson .Por ter estudado Arranjo, foi arranjador de algumas jovens bandas e jovens cantores (fazendo arranjos inclusive para festivais). Além disso, se envolveu com alguns trabalhos de Publicidade e Propaganda (área pela qual possui curso superior pela PUC-RJ), fazendo gravações, jingles e redação publicitária.Ao longo dos anos tocou e gravou com inúmeros artistas e músicos como ANTÔNIO ADOLFO, ED WILSON, GABRIEL PENSADOR, ELBA RAMALHO, LUKA, BEBETO, NÉLSON FARIA, ALEX COHEN, RIO SOUND MACHINE, NADA PESSOAL, RENATA GEBARA, EDU KRIEGER, DIOGO BROWN, RONNIE MARRUDA, MEDUSAS DREADS, entre outros.Atualmente está trabalhando num material inédito de músicas suas, paralelamente ao show de rock que faz, chamado “Tributo a 3 guitarrasâ€, uma homenagem a JIMMY PAGE (Led Zeppelin), SANTANA e ACE FREHLEY (Kiss). Também possui um home studio do qual saem várias produções para bandas e artistas, jingles e trilhas em geral.
Ainda atua como diretor musical e guitarrista/violonista do cantor TON HYLL, toca com o cantor SAPIENZA e com as bandas BLACK SAMBÃO e RADIO HITS.-------------------------------------------------------

---Born and raised at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Cadu was a self- tech guitar player since he was 13 years old – when had rock idols like Ace Frehley, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, among others – and decided to study musical theory at age of 16. When he was 18, falling in love with Jazz and R&B, he had his first professional job, playing guitar for Maria Clara Pierotti, a brazilian singer that nowadays lives and works in New York. When he completed his 21st. Anniversary, he was graduated in Harmony, Improvising and Arranging from Antonio Adolfo´s Musical School, and started to tech at schools and private, at home. All over this time, he had classes with Antônio Adolfo, Scott Henderson, Nélson Faria, Ricardo Siveira, Nico Assumpção, João Carlos Assis Brasil, Victor Biglione, Mariza Gandelmann, Alexandre Carvalho, Tomati , Fred Ryos, Rama and Rômulo Thompson.
Because of his graduation in Arraging, he started doing arrangements for young bands and singers (including arrangements for festivals too). Beside this, he was involved with Advertising and Propaganda (subject that he is college graduated from PUC-Rio de Janeiro), doing recordings, advertising jingles and writing.
All over the years, we played and recorded with a lot of brazilian artists, ranging from rock to jazz, or from brazilian popular music to R&B, pop, reggae and hip hop. Such artists as ANTÔNIO ADOLFO, ED WILSON, GABRIEL PENSADOR, ELBA RAMALHO, LUKA, BEBETO, NELSON FARIA, ALEX COHEN, RIO SOUND MACHINE, NADA PESSOAL, RENATA GEBARA, EDU KRIEGER, DIOGO BROWN, RONNIE MARRUDA, MEDUSAS DREADS, etc.Nowadays he is working on his own unreleased material, in spite of doing his solo rock adventure concert entitled “3 guitar tributeâ€, a tribute to JIMMY PAGE(Led Zeppelin), SANTANA and ACE FREHLEY (Kiss). He also owns a home studio where he produces music for bands, artists, advertising jingles and soundtracks.
He still acts as a musical director and guitarrist for the brazilian singer TON HYLL, and as a sideman for SAPIENZA, BLACK SAMBÃO and RADIO HITS.
