About Me

Myspace Graphics
Myspace Layouts Im just a simple guy who always tries to make the best of things and be the best at everything i do. My current goal is weight loss/body building and i'd like to find other people who have the same goal to share ideas with. I 've spent to much time hiding behind dark clothes, feeling self conscious and guilty about what and when i eat it. I've been on a diet rollercoaster for the past 6 years of my life and right now i'm kind of in the middle of where i was and where i want to be. I used to weigh 312 lbs, i had one success in my many different tries to lose weight where i got to 255 lbs, but now i'm back up to 280lbs, and this is just a summary of the many ups and downs i've had. It now feels like too long that i've been on this ride and i want it to just stop going up and down and doing loops. I want to lose my fat and keep it off. Browsing the internet I found some people with blogs (on mySpace and other places) that were all about their weight loss journeys and i thought "What a great idea!" So i decided to give it a try myself. Blogging your journey towards your goal gives you a place to share with other people with similar goals and share ideas. It also gives you accountability to help you stick to your goals. Apart from learning from all this i hope people who share this experience with me get to learn something as well. I plan to make myself into a fitness expert!, at least where my own body is concerned, and hopefully my experiences will help others to achieve their fitness goals without as much trial and error as I and i'm sure many others have went thru. With what i have learned,am learning and will learn, and my newfound motivation, i'm sure i will succeed.
I guess a disclaimer would be in order though since every other blog seems to have one: The information stated on this page and on my blog will be my personal experiences and opinions and those of the ones who post on it only and not statements from any individuals or companies. You should always consult your physician before making any dietary changes or starting any nutrition, weight or exercise program.

My Weight Chart

1.5 pounds lost this week!
Just a thought: Don't let fear of failure affect your chances for success. I'd rather try something, not succeed and move on to the next thing, than live on with the doubt of what would've happened if i tried.

My Interests

Going out, movies, books, health, comedy and many other things

I'd like to meet:

New and interesting people and people who are trying things to lose weight to share ideas on what's worked and what's not.

Television:

Friends is probably my favorite show, also Everybody Loves Raymond and The King of Queens and Smallville

A rant about myself and what's about to happen.

I remember a particular point in my life when i was at my most! When i say my most i mean there was the most of me physically, lol.  Personally, i've never gotten to the point where i've been "cl...
