Movies and music mostly. And well comics...mostly comics...
bleeps and bloops. mods and rockers. soul and the studio one catalog. My iPod broke. I'm pretty broken up about it. Have you ever taken a Google-fucking-moment and looked up T-Rex's lyrics? You are missing out. It could very well be the punchline to jokes that you tell 20 yrs from now.
I like movies. A lot. I could try to be geeky about this and list all my favorite directors, but I'll spare you. I will say that if the theme is revenge, more than likely I'm in. Giallo, new wave from any country, thrillers (especially old stuff), serious and comedic natured heist movies, manga adaptations that don't involve tentacle sex, dry british spy movies, crazy over the top stuff, and anything involving Michael Caine win my seal of approval.
I have cable and tend to ignore it now. What the hell? I love Flight of the Concords. Dexter is great. Heroes has treated me quite well. I am wary and dubious. I am willing to take risks for this relationship to work.
OK so I finished the Buddha series by Osama Tezuka it made me cry. His other two books I read did the same thing. Perhaps he had something going for him. I've been reading a alot of comics lately. Brian Wood's DMZ, The Walking Dead, Y: The Last Man, 100 Bullets, and Transmetropolitan. While all the formers may have carved a great niche in the current market. Holy god. Tezuka has done something greater.
