About Me

Heather,the name of a kind of small, bell-shaped pinkish-purple flowers that mostly grow in the plains of SCOTLAND, is equal to "little wild flower" in my dictionary, not only because it is a nickname given by students, but also because of the characters owned by "HEATHER". They are tiny,unnoticeable, but energetic and strong.Heather always have a joyful heart to spread happiness to friends and listen carefully to what their hearts say. Sharing sth. good is a must-do thing among friends. Food? Books? Music? Poems? Experience? Lightly i alone went away, Just as i lightly came here that day. Softly I loathly waved good-bye, To the rosy clouds in the west sky ... Quietly,quietly i will depart, Quietly as i came around after my heart. I will wave farewell with my sleeve, Taking none of the pink clouds when i leave. a

My Interests

Live and Learn! I have been so eager to know more things about myself, about life, fond of different languages,literatures and cultures.Watching soccer games is an art just as football itself is an art! love moives that make me think! have some talent in playing badminton,volleyball and some other sports. Listening to music is a great joy. Traveling to different places both home and abroad is always inspiring. Writing a book?

I'd like to meet:

"Among Life's precious jewels, Genuine and rare, The one that we call friendship Has worth beyond compare." I'd like to meet friends from all over the world,as long as he or she is honest, confident,wise,humorous...and has different stories to share.

Music:

all kinds of music. Classical, blues, pop, jazz...all can make me sink deep in some certain world. enjoy being indulged in this special field whether in a melancholy mood or a happy one

Movies:

Tragedes,comedies,romance,war and action movies...every moive has its day. The following ones helped me learn: Schindler's list,The Last Castle, Good Will Hunting, RENT,The sound of music, Dead Poets Society, Uncle Tom's cabin,The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, The age of innocence, Cast Away, The wizard of Oz, The lord of the rings, Gone with the wind, Scent of a woman, E.T, The pianist,A tale of two cities, Horse whisper,The sun also rises ...

Television:

documentaries, Nat Geo...a couple of American ones such as "Friends", "Prison break","24 hours","Taken","The growing pains", "Boy meets world", love "Family guy" most. Victory is mine! ;-) also fascinated with some chinese talent shows,quiz shows,documentaries and also a couple of series about sports, cooking, tourism, history and culture.

Books:

The Red and The Black, The BFG, Animal Farm,Pride and Prejudice,Uncle Tom's Cabin,The Good Earth,Tess,The Old Man and The Sea,The Age of Innocence, Life on the Mississippi, Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, War and Peace,Miserable World, Who moved my cheese,Chicken soup for the soul series, 7 living habits...I like most Chinese masterpieces as well.
