http://stewellington.com/yogananda.prayer.mp3Namastè is an ancient Sanskrit understanding that says, "I respect the place in you that is of love, of truth and of Light. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me then we are one." ***Aside from martial arts and laughing,I love QUOTES!!.....such as:"Everyone is an athlete, the only difference is that some of us are in training, and some are not." --When you seek happiness for yourself it will always elude you; when you seek happiness for others, you will find it yourself. --"To my self I am only a child playing on the beach, while vast oceans of truth lie undiscovered before me." --"Where is the peace in 'more is better'? --"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." --"Even the least among you can do all that I have done and even greater things." --"I shall allow no man to belittle my soul by making me hate him." --"Beauty is truth, truth beauty, thats all there is to know on earth, and all you need to know." --"To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best to make you everybody else, means to fight the hardest human battle ever and to never stop fighting." --"what you see with your eyes closed is what counts." --"What need have I of gold? The whole world is gold for me!" --"The mind creats the abyss, and the heart crosses it." --Gaining enlightenment is an accident. Spiritual practice simply makes us accident-prone." --"I believe in the essential unity of all that lives. Therefore I believe that if one person gains spiritually the whole world gains, and if one person falls, the world falls to that extent." --"Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." --
