They were mastered in Nashville initially and then remastered by Vinson, Lee, and Douglas to acheieve the "retro vinyl sound". The remastering was a stroke of artistic genius that resulted in in the desired sound......as if to hear a vinlyl record spinning on an imperfect turntable to re-create the sound circumstances under which so many people heard their first renderings of rock music. The project is ongoing, new songs are being produced in the same manner to continue the theme "Let The Flat Side Drag" wich is a common phrase used in turntable days to mean..."Spin the record, let's get started hearing the music." I am most definitely privileged to work with the folks that have the vision to bring my songs into this historical format that so many people identify with, yet fortunately with the sound achieved through advancement of technlogy.
