Bud Light Downtown Live - a new, FREE, outdoor concert series in Raleigh. Held in Raleigh's Moore Square Park at the corner of Blount & Martin Street, this concert series will feature 8 concerts during the summer of 2006 and will feature top national recording artists. Bud Light Downtown Live is a joint partnership between the City of Raleigh Convention Center and the Raleigh-based Deep South Entertainment.Partners include: Bud Light, 96 Rock, News 14 Carolina, The Independent Weekly, Z Spotlight, and All Over Media.

Bud Light Downtown Live is all about having a good time: FREE live music from nationally known bands, Cheap Beer, and a great crowd. Promotional Girls from Deep South Entertainment, Budweiser, and other area businesses give you the opportunity to score free gear.

The 70,000 people that rocked with us in Moore Square Park Summer 2006 would agree that the concert series was a HUGE SUCCESS! We not only have the fans to thank, but also some very great and modest rock stars. To name a few:
CANDLEBOX, PARMALEE, GIN BLOSSOMS, PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ATHENAEUM, DAYS OF THE NEW, COWBOY MOUTH, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, BUTCH WALKER & THE LETS GO OUT TONITES, CARBON LEAF, SPIN DOCTORS, JOHN WOZNIAK(Marcy Playground), BRENT JORDAN, VIRGINIA COALITION, BRAD BENSON, BIG PRETTY & THE RED ROCKETS We are hoping to be equally as successful with the great line-up we have this year!
