Nir | BioI was born in 1984, in Jerusalem. At the age of 9 I started playing classic guitar. During my childhood, I grew up with friends, that the biggest thing we had in common was music. It didn't take long time until I started listening to electronic music- At first it was music for clubs such as house and trance- I explored those genres at that era, and, gradually, started making music of my own. Later on, I purchased turntables and a mixer and started collecting records, but my passion for writing the music, and exploring new sounds by my self overcame the rest, and so creation became the strongest connection I had with music.As time passed, my curiosity directed me to the avant-garde and alternative sides of music- artists such as Bjork, Radiohead and Pan sonic who inspired me and gave me new perspective to music. Among the people who take part in what I'm doing, I was fortunate to work with Yossi Amoyal, who inspires me: as a musician and as the person he is.These days, I take music classes as part of the process as a composer, and at the same time working on new music material. For me, music is the abstract existence of all that can't be fulfilled, but by sound.
