Ghetto Jacking is a collective of DJs, producers and designers. all of which have a long history in the music scene in both Ireland and the U.K.The collective is set up as vehicle where like-minded people can work together. With the aim of both producing and promoting gritty, grimy & 'rhythmical' urban influenced music.Our club night will be the bleeding edge, the joie de vivre of today's scene with a nod to our acid house past, but both feet firmly in the future, sparking a freakish collision between the heroes of rave and rock, the avant-garde leaders of indie and electro and an edgy yet grounded like-minded crowd... An apocalyptic DJ assault that will encompass bass heavy, skewed electro-techno, razor-sharp punk funk, jacking Chicago house, Detroit techno(!) west Londons broken beat and warped art-rock.
