About Me

Julian is most well known for his role as Fashion Stylist on the popular and much-loved series, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy on Living TV in 2004. He has extensive experience in the fashion industry, having worked at Marie Claire magazine in 2000, organizing the ‘Fashion Breakfast’ with Liz Walker and then moving to Nova magazine.

Julian’s expertise could also be heard on our radio stations such as Capital FM and Radio 1. He regularly appeared on Emma B’s show and also styled popular DJs such as Chris Moyles, Richard Bacon, Scott Mills and Colin and Edith.

He is currently working on his own talkshow on Gaydar Radio and regularly appears on Channel 4’s Richard & Judy show as a fashion consultant.

Most recently, Julian has been seen presenting BBC 3’s ‘Help My Dog’s As Fat As Me’ – helping the nation and their dogs get fit and healthy again. He has also appeared on BBC 3’s Comic Relief Does Fame Academy, once again giving his views on the celebrity fashion with his adorable partner in crime – Lulu.

Julian also appeared most recently on Celebrity Fame Academy as the celebrity fashion expert. He appeared on The Great Food Live programme talking about his forthcoming attempt in the London Marathon.

Julian is an Ambassador for the children's charity Barnardo's and ran the London Marathon on April 22nd 2007 in 4 hours 10mins (after suffering a knee injury at the 22nd mile and walking the last 4 miles) to help raise money and highten profile.
