About Me

Same Teens are:
Ryan / Jade / Hannah / Nick / Andy / Hannah
Then we're DJing at this...but it's over 18s so SSSHHHH..
Same teens is aimed at teenagers and is definitely not the work of any patronising youth worker. We want to bring the music which in the past was only available to over 18s in dingy clubs and venues. So get on your best outfit, grab your keys and leave the fake ID and inches of slap at home.
However Same Teens is much more than just a club night, we pride ourselves on our dexterity, managing to juggle after show parties, interviewing our favourite bands, DJ'ing and taking over the world all at the same time! We are sick of beer bellied 40 year olds asking us “How was heaven when you left” on a beer ridden dance floor, so decided to leave it all behind and develop a night purely about the music
Arriving at a club and getting turned down is up there with the most shameful of feelings, a ruined night purely because you’re under 18, but who has the right to deny you a dance?
Over the past year or so, the folks behind Same Teens have put parties on, around Manchester for the likes of The View, The Horrors, Maximo Park, LCD Soundsystem, Art Brut and loads more! .. So you never know who might turn up at one of our nights.
This Summer we DJ'd and helped choose some of the bands for Kendal Calling. Watch this and we'll see you next year...
This is our friend Jeremy Warmsley. He's gonna play a gig especially for Same Teens on Oct 14th - see our blog
