About Me

Hey. Well This is a little about me. I live in the barron...barran? hills of cumbria. It's always wet. Even when it's dry. Music is my vice. I play piano and guitar and lots of random instruments like.. the go go bells sometimes. It tends to juice the situation up don't you think? I like to sing too. That's always a good way of getting the stress out. Aswell as a cup of tea. I'm into the organic thing we have going on. In the summer I live in fields and tents."Fiona Clayton treated the crowd to a short but sweet glimpse of her greatness. Words can not describe just how wonderful an artist 16-year-old Fiona is. Fresh from an appearence on Solfest's main stage, Fiona captivated the grathered crowd with her tender, yet strong vocal delivering and exquisuite guitar playing. She could well produce PhasingHz's first platinum selling album!" - CWHerald, Andy Keogh 2007" "Fiona has described her live performance as “surprising”, so mind that you don’t spill your drink the first time you hear her. She sees her music as “moments in song form” and the set was representative of this. There is a startling, riske quality about her work that runs throughout the apparent randomness and ecclecticism, there’s a good ration of creative surrealism involved too. Her image is very much reflected in her music. Fiona’s style, very much aimed at her own generation of music-lover is cutting-edge, sweet, passionate, charged with the vulnerable strength of youthful falsetto, breaky and full of acceptable flats, quavers and vibrato. It’s lively, experimental and rebellious with a squirrel-swift passage from octave to octave." ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------
