Completely hook, line and sinker on Lost, yep they got me, its just so damn good! Curb your enthusiasm, Seinfeld, The Mighty Boosh, most ridiculous channel 4 documentaries, Biography Channel, DEAL OR NO DEAL! Neighbours, All cookery programmes, Nathan Barley, Monkey Dust, anything thats on after 1am :P which is generally crap dont they realise some intelligent people might be awake! (messy sleeping patterns)
I always plan to read lots of books and am a total slacker when it comes to keeping it up, the last book I properly read was "A heart-breaking work of staggering genius" by Dave Eggers, amazing book!
