Mus Flash TV is a new music TV and broadband internet delivered channel. Mus Flash TV is set to become the most powerful targeted promotional platform for the music industry since the emergence of MTV 25 years ago. It is the culmination of many years work, experience, research and strategic thought.
Mus Flash TV is on 24 hours 7 days a week focusing on the main eight key UK music genres:
Mus Flash TV is establishing ‘music by genre’ infotainment programming, with built-in quick music purchasing options - so if you enjoy the music you are viewing you can pick up the phone or text and in 1 minute purchase it instantly, your CD/DVD arriving on your doorstep within 24 hours or your digital download within minutes!
Mus Flash TV is an adult orientated, fast paced and highly informative music television channel. Offering weekly half hour, genre based music in a news-type format along with pre-recorded ‘live’ fast paced multi artist showcases. Programmes are freshened and updated daily by breaking ‘MusFlash’ news information in a similar manner of SKY Sports and SKY News.
From 7am – 11pm Mus Flash TV is broadcasting jam-packed half hour genre specific programming. Your preferred shows are rotated through out the week at dedicated weekly time slots, to suit all lifestyles. Providing easy access for viewers to watch their favorite shows, catch up on the latest music news, acts, views, new releases and providing instant purchasing options – Making the music you like, accessible on demand.
From 11pm – 7am Mus Flash TV is pioneering a series of unsigned and independent artist shows, dedicated to promoting the acts that don’t usually get airplay on commercial networks. These live sessions, interviews, reviews and purchasing options, connect the viewers with grassroots talent in a way that has never been made available before.
In an era when Television exposure can make or break a new artist, for every artist appearance on TV programmes like Parkinson and Jonathan Ross, there are at least 500 other artists and their record companies desperate to gain such promotional exposure to the adult target market. Mus Flash TV is undoing this ‘promotional blockage’ in its daytime and evening programming and additionally offer top quality, real, unsigned/newly signed talent the chance to perform on the channel’s nightly slot, so the viewer can enjoy credible, highly talented artists performing throughout the day and night.
Mus Flash TV expects to achieve around 2 million total UK TV viewers per week across its multi-genre programmes during the first year of transmission. This ‘free to view’ channel will commence broadcast on the Sky network with Cable operator Virgin Media added during the first year of transmission. Programmes are available to view on demand from the Mus Flash TV website (with further in-depth information on shows, online shop and relevant links), by the 10 million UK homes now connected to Broadband.
