I like having contradictions in my life.
I love my friends, music, and silliness. I don't usually have much to say. I have a pretty good life and I enjoy it. Dancing gets me high. I write for living and I am a lousy writer, but I am getting better. I did R&D for almost 10 years, and I miss it. I keep my tattoos hidden.
This is all jargon but my favorite inventions are a wide dynamic range diode pumped erbium doped fiber-optic amplifier and a simplified, achromatic, athermal, anamorphic, prism beam expander.
Because people are always asking me if there is anything going on, I thought I would make a list.

I'd like to meet:

Anybody who I used to hang out with but has drifted away. People who are fun, silly and like to hang out. Traits that I admire are: self-reliance, compassion, empathy, consideration, grace, irreverence, respectfulness.

If you want to impress me find one of my patents , read it, and ask me an intelligent question concerning it. They aren't that complicated they are just very esoteric. I doubt any one will try but I thought I would ask.

The following rules have been added because I am tired of getting add requests from people I don't recognize. It saddens me to add these rules.
