About Me

36, work full time and have just finished an undergrad degree, after 6 years of part time study. I have a love of music, and film. I Used to present a few programs on community radio, before uni and work commitments made it too difficult to do. 'alt.' and 'eclectronica' were a couple of shows i was lucky enough to co-present with the talented Dean Galloway. My Interests

listening to music and writing/ playing it. Having coffee, hanging out at cafe's, and chatting with friends.

I'd like to meet:

people who are emotionally mature, have a sense of humour and humility. In the flow of conversation and thoughts, perhaps i might learn a thing or two, or three or four :-)

Music:

anything from alt country, to indie, pop, electronica, 20th century and beyond. I love melody, tone, texture and a great beat.

Movies:

Victor /Victoria, Little Miss Sunshine, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind

Television:

As time goes by, Curb your enthusiasm

Books:

Harry Potter (does that offically make me a nerd?), Jane Austen, Sociology Text (or does this make me a nerd?)

Heroes:

Anyone who is themselves and acts with integrity and isn't afraid to admit they make mistakes, or afraid to make amends :-)
