I Justin Calder aka Imperial Guard was born in North London in 1980, in 1985 we moved to South-East London, Life was hard sometimes not knowing my real dad and having issues with identity, I started getting in to fights and was wanted by certain gangs. I tried to form a gang but to no avail. I had developed a few past time habits such as drinking all night with my friends, but my favourite past times were, drawing, playing basketball but most of all rapping and freestyleling.I couldn’t explain the feeling I had to rap but it was like this dieing passion and emotion to write something to move the world but I didn’t understand it at the time. I was often told that I was the first and the most confident freestyler in school which caused him to cross paths with an excellent MC named whispers, we formed a rap group called ‘Ancient Science’; this was a secular group, with no Godly influences.I always believed that there was a God but I never really had any direction, whenever I came across a few people who told me the good news of Jesus Christ I was instantly moved by it, but was still stuck in my ways.My best friend got baptised and told me I needed to do the same thing I said I would but I wasn’t ready, until one night I had a dream that I was in an American subway everything was coming down around me like an earthquake. A train pulled up full of people screaming for me get on get on, but I just stood there, the doors closed and the train pulled off I woke up and I knew what I had to do.. ask Jesus Christ for forgiveness and to be my personal saviour and making a public declaration with a quick dip in the baptism pool.Now being able to understand the great commission of God, I use my rap style and lyrics with a dieing passion and emotion of the highest standard and precision to touch the hearts of men, so they can know Jesus Christ in order to escape the damnation which is reserved for the evil days in the appointed time until the arrival of Jesus Christ.
