Kickback Productions is behind one of the freshest sounds to come out of the UK in a long time. Joey Stickz has been producing/programming since the age of 13 and since then has been working hard on his craft giving birth to his own unique sound and style. Stickz began playing the drum kit at the tender age of 4, from there he went on to playing for numerous bands travelling up and down the country at a young age. This gave him invaluable experience meaning he can now basically play along to virtually any type of music. He can also play bass guitar and is learning keyboards but nowadays focuses most of his energy towards programming and production. The Kickback sound is very versitile. Although it is Hip/Hop/R&B based, Stickz is at home with various genres such as Bashment/Reggae, Grime, Soul and House.
