RIP AVA JAYMES CIPRIANI- 09/23/03-04/17/07 AVA FOREVER! WE LOVE YOU LITTLE ONE! -

About Me

I am an 80 year old Fillipina/Italian/German/English/Spanish hienz 57 lady, with a Russian name, from Sunny Doodoo (San Ditty) Southern California. I love nothing more than music and dancing. Music is my medicine and it has a part in every aspect of my life. I study ethnomusicology and am a jack-of-all-arts/maven shall we say. My lifestyle includes: studing different ethnic dancing, singing, clothing design/creation, painting (with acrylic airbrushing and aresol), creating a different sort of multimedia urban graffitti, urban vinyl-toy design and creation, vinyl waxmusic collecting and selecting (spinning), wood burning and carving, multimedia photography, hula hoopin, and I make sick organic jewelry using different woods-bones-hornes (all natural deaths. No harming animals here!) I try to read at least 2 nonfictional only factual books a week (under a shady magnolia tree if its warm enough!). I have a natural wholistic lifestyle. I have been a vegetarian for 20 years and for the past 4 years a vegan (Of corse with the acception of travel. Sometimes in some parts of the world you have to adjust your diet, so I will eat SOME dairy if I must and sometimes fish, but only if freshly caught that day). Otherwise I have an organic diet. NO PRESERVITIVES, ADDITIVES, HYDROGENATED OILS, ARTIFICAL FLAVORS OR COLORS, REFINED SUGARS, SODA POP, OR FRIED FOODS ... EVER! It is 2008 people! Only you can fully educate yourself. Does any one even know what this stuff does to your insides? You might start to be ALOT more conscious. Google it up! WATERWATERWATER! I cant express the vital importance of our Mother Natures most natural and available resourse. One of the most educational books (and my favorite) I have ever read is: Your Bodys Many Cries For Water by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. I strongly urge anyone who likes to self-educate, to pick it up. I hit the gym for a few hours at a time at least 4 hopefully 6 days a week. Must keep in shape. The older we get, the more this must be important to you. You can not reverse the aging process, but you can do a lot to slow it down. Happiness, health, proper diet and excercise, WATER, art and creation are just a few of the things you can do to help.My music taste is real eclectic as I don't want to limit myself in anything I do. I have an extensive collection of striclty UNDERGROUND HIP-HOP, OLD SCHOOL HIP-HOP, ROOTS RASTA, DUB, 70s RASTADANCEHALL, JAZZ, BLUES, DOWNTEMPO, CLASSISICAL, BANGARAH, BAROQUE, DRUM-N-BASS and WORLD: ASIAN, AFRICAN, SOUTH AMERICAN, INDIAN compositions -----ON WAX!!!!!--- to name a few. I AM A VINYL JUNKIE!!! GIVE ME ANY VARIOUS COMPOUNDS POLYMERIZED TO FORM RESINS AND PLASTICS!!! MUSIC OR URBAN-TOY FORM PLEASE.... Again in my music section (check out my SCIENCE OF SOUND blog) I have many, but NOT ALL of my influences listed. (A deejay has got to keep some of her music secret...) I try to collect as much of my music on VINYL but its taking FOREVER! It is o.k. It will keep me busy for the rest of my life, and at least it is better than spending my money on drugs. I am too old and too healty and too smart for that shit.I go to as many shows as possible down here in San Ditty, and I have been know to drive the drive up north to LALA LAND weekly just for THE LOVE OF MUSIC! It is life right? I have got a baby sister (RastaPeacock) who is 23 and my favorite person in the entire milkyway galaxy. I have got my fluffy plump 16 year old kitty, BABY-LOVE, who is the dopest cat a human could ever be blessed with. I have had her since she could fit in my pocket and now shes a valuptuious 20pounder! And what a happy girl she is. I have got a unique eclectic style that is influenced by all the many elements in my life. It always developes as I always develop and grow. Life is about evolution and constant change (for the better). Always educate yourself, you're never too old to change your ways and grow. - - I have got about 75 hours of tattoo time that my artist RORY KEATING at GURU TATTOO, (1122 Garnet Ave. San Diego, CA/ 858-270-1070) and I collaborated on (except for my lower back. That was MY design and I had a local graff writer from S.D. draw that one up, but Rory did do the tattoo) and I am very proud of his work. He is ill and I do not know anyone else I would rather drill a bunch of fine needles all over my skin. It is a blast I always say. I have grown my dreaddies out for 5 years now and I have been stretching my lobes out for a few more. Their finally at 1 in! I have been striving for that for so long! YES! Well anyone who has taken the time to read my massive upwrite, I give props too. It is almost like reading a book yourself! Anyone who is interested in my music list, (check the SCIENCE OF SOUND blog), anyone you did not see on my list, let me know( I could have forgotten too. I have got so many!)
