Led by musicians from northern and southern latitudes, ALTAMIRA explores through action and reflection the role of cultural issues in the processes of human development.
We undertake programs of cultural resources valorization, particularly with rural communities in the South with whom we produce compact-discs highlighting the richness and beauty of their musical world.
We also share our action with the public through cultural interventions : live music, conferences, debates, etc...
This human adventure tends to highlight the central and primordial place of the cultural dimension in human society, at the local level as well as universal.
We hope to contribute through our commitment to the construction of a world rich of its cultural diversity.
