Fiery the Angels fell. Burning with Fire of Orc.

About Me

Check out our new project Shadow Machine . We seek to redefine the geometry of D-Space with the masters of The Delta and X-Dream in mind circa 2000/2001, but with less minimal style and more psy; but with a whole new sound.

Info about the producers and the studios:

Through sounds, and the geometry they form while being woven through each other, Jay and Steve set out to make a unique and relevant sound to add to the Trance Dance and Community. Through this journey of evolving sounds, D-Space has learned a focus on the progressive nature of the music, and the importance of rhythms that keep the body moving. While maintaining and encouraging the trance inducing elements. Mind-manifesting webs of sound to imply the Sacred geometry that connects us to the universe. The achievement of this in its pure sense is understandably impossible. But, it is the process that opens the mind, and readies ones-self to de-construct the limits that prevent a purified perception.

After almost three years, circumstances had to put a hold on the project but not the studio work or music being produced in it here in the city of Hartford, Connecticut. During this time music was released as solo projects under the names of Alpha Channel, Equisol, and duo M-Field. When Jay and Steve met up again to celebrate these releases, the focus was rekindled, and a more precise and defined sound came out. The result was an impressive stack of material. Material that was tested immediately on the dance floors of NY and Boston in the Spring of 2006, during the release parties for PsyBooty Records second release of the various artist compilation ServEm2wice.

In January 2007, a PsyBooty Records milestone, their first full-length artist album by " M-Field " was released and D-Space along with M-field, both playing LIVE, rocked the record number of people attending events at the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors ( Cosm.org ) in Manhattan and also with our wonderful friends at the Boston PsyForia Four Year Celebration. Release parties continued into February in San Francisco, culminating at an intense event at downtown San Francisco's 111 Minna Gallery ; introducing the progressive psytrance sound to hundreds unsuspecting lovers during their Valentines Day celebration!

The D-Space guys plan to continue to move the crowd with their live sets, and to get more singles out there by any means possible. Which will mean some free D-Space singles for you as soon as we can setup some infrastructure! The D-Space technique has included buildin our own studio sound manipulation electronic hardware and using this gear to process select instruments; to give each sound a special "3-d" space in the mix and to add vivid clarity.

If you're a label A&R and like what you hear here, please send an email and we'll talk.

If you're an artist and would like to talk to us about our professional mix engineering or mastering service, contact us!

In any case, thanks to all who listen, and all who will.

See you on the dancefloor!
-Jay and Steve
