I started playing the drums at the age of seven at the music-school in Fellbach, next to Stuttgart. I thank my drumteacher Phillip Hackert for his special way to teach children the drums, I never became lazy in practising.At the age of 12, I had my firts band, our heroes wre metallica and biohazard, we loved metal.
After moving to another quarter of Leipzig, I met knew people and when I was 19, I joined the band Nuke Eastern Plot, also a kind of metal band, but without double-base, also my favorites are Pearl Jam, i will never be a true metal drummer.
Between these years I had a few projects at the theatre, where I played just to the piano and a choir, we did some musical performances and I recorded a lot.When I was 22, I started my study at the School of Arts and Designs in Halle, but after two years there was a point of making a decision, cause the offers of the bands i could play the drums became more.So I decided to become a musician.I survived my first one-month-tour with Lord Bishop in december 2006 (a few were following), who required a drummer who plays loud, hard and at least 2 hours. And i got it.
Know I am playing with my main band Mad X-Ray,(Rolls-Royce-Rock in a way like QotSA) and my second band Lipstix (a girls punk-pop-band).
