My Interests

Writing, going to the movies, hanging with my son.

I'd like to meet:

Progressive thinkers and peacemakers

Music:

Everything from Opera Classics, Classic Rock & Roll, Ballads, Disco, Rap, Hip Hop to New Age. If I like it I don't care what type of music it is.

Movies:

Casablanca, Memento, Insomnia, The Usual Suspects, The Matrix, Dark City, Lord of War, etc., if it's good - just like my music tastes - it doesn't matter what type of movie genre.

Television:

Discovery and History Channels, Comedies and Sci-fi shows (the few that are really, really good)

Books:

All kind of genres like Mysteries, Science Fiction or powerful, controversial stories like Fight Club and Battle Royale.

Heroes:

Anybody that stands for their principals even when it is not a popular thing to do.

Best Damn Cop Drama Ever

I used to think that Hill Street Blues was the best ever.  It certainly broke the mold and since it was the first exposure to the mainstream of a new type of TV storytelling - it will always hold...

In the best tradition of "KISS" (keep it simple stupid) I discovered (and added to my profile) this sweet song "Coffee Shop", which I came across by accident and - in all places - a jewelry commercial...
