It all started in Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur back in 1996. We used to be a hang out a place call Jumma(a mamak bistro) for the early grunge, metal and hardcore years. Then, Ristoe and several friends decided to form an independent label called KillThePopStar (original influence KillRockStar Music).
The first event that KTPS organised was Factory Music Fest at Bukit Bintang in 2000 feat indie n local mainstream band such as Black Maria,John Mistress, Copero, Servent Jamm, Bloodymary, Slicepin Daze & many more..Grunge Fest part 2 & 3,Hyper Noise Tune Gig part 1 & 2 and many gig around Kuala Lumpur.Among the products that KTPS has released was Paradigm Of Five Kingdoms and the producer/mastermind was Nizam Slicepin Daze(currently
OAG) & Ristoe Servent Jamm (currently Servent Jamm).KTPS also released demo for Servent Jamm,Slicepin Daze,Muddlefield..
Starting 2001 KTPS has change to their own name & because of that time grunge music had born many grunge band or seattle sound so we decided to change to SEATTLEWANGSA,not seattlewangsa music yet, it's Seattlewangsa Scene..Seattlewangsa scene crew also actively organizied gigs, events,t-shirt printing,demo produce,musician, and mostly all about music through these years until now.So for those outside there who willing to collabrate with us we can accept as long as the music in your heart..And now Seattlewangsa Music will bring back the
