The Story:
Jellybelly started jamming in late 99 straight after Samir, Nizang and Shah finished highscool. In 2000, they recruited Ujay to fill in the guitar position and got to play their first show in Kerteh and also in Terengganu. After that they played at some places including Taiping and Kota Bharu. Supposed to play in a big music fest in Ipoh but cancelled because of Ujay's SPM.
In 2001, they released their first demo and managed to sell 550 copies of it despite the bad soundings. Got positive reviews by many zines and also ROTTW music magazine. Been featured in many zines and some magazines too.
They played more shows in 2002-2004. By the time 2002, Apis took over the drummer position because Samir was busy with something else. They also played in KL 3 times including at X-Games concert in 2003.
Late 2004, they decided to end the band. But early 2005, they recorded the songs and put it as a final ever release as a split CD with The Obvious. Thanks for the support all. It's been a very memorable journey. Daa.
