Sitadewi was formerly known as Dejavu. Due to certain circumstances, they decided to change the name to Sitadewi However, it’s not the matter of ’name’. It’s all about the passion in what the 4 of them can’t help to resist.
The band was formed somewhere in 2004 without any permanent drummer. It could be the major reasons to tardy the bands progress. As muiz was the last to joined the band, it helps the band a lot to get back on track.
Came out from 4 vary, different music background and influences.
After all, rock/modern rock are the main references in most of its songs. Sitadewi had played in numbers of gigs in their hometown. Any opportunity to play in KL or out town would be a great exposure for a small band like this.
