Im a mc's mc from Iladelph, Pistolvania or Philly for the squares. Born and raised. In my teens my mom moved to the burbs and thats when trouble started cause i was able to hop the train or bus and learn the streets. I started rhyming when i was like 13 or 14. A couple of my people had been rhyming already and they rubbed off on me heavily. Eventually it led to me(MENTaL), K-Krills aka Black Raign, and J-Lad aka Dizzy forming the "Soul Chapel" I did the college thing in 96/97 and then did a Kanye and never looked back. Like an idiot I joined the service right after that thinking I was gonna escape the hood. Sike! All they did was send me around the world to other hoods and I still did what "WE" do. All the while I kept on rhyming, doing dirt and getting the girls like all good heroes. HAHA! But living all over the map made me a better person, father and mc. I have seen and done what a lot of people talk and rap about, and I did it on someone elses dime too! Cant beat that. Just caused I moved from my hood, doesnt mean shit, Im still hood. And living all over just made me more dangerous. In the immortal words of me Im every block on a map rolled in 1 times 10. But I never changed and I never stopped rhyming. I still got the same crew from back in the day, Soul Chapel, along with some new extended family members (VeeTeez, StuRats and Actual Fact). I have done all types of battles, open mics, showcases, shows, hole in the wall clubs to actual stadiums, etc.
I never been shot but yes I have been locked up before since thats all some people care about. Oh yeah, fuck being locked up, that shit sucks. My attitude is usually whateva. Cause im always down for WHATEVA! I hate living in the past because it aint where you from its where you at . Believe that, even though its PHILLY all day!!!!! I got my head on straight, im all about providing for my fam and getting this music shit right. Im not your average "rapper", i dont speak THE SAME LANGUAGE.
