His experience with music began very young with pan and spoon symphony's created in any local kitchen he could find. R.P. began his career at the age of five by assisting his Father at local parties. From this he learned to deejay and was given his first turntable system at eleven years old.R.P. began spinning vinyl during the Golden Era of HIP HOP music and he immersed himself in the culture of the music. He began studying and mastering the four elements of Hip Hop and collecting vinyl.At seventeen, he was introduced to an MPC 60 and quickly learned the art of sampling and beat making. He interned at several labels, participated in many workshops and his fledging career began. He was the musical producer for several groups including Poetry in Motion, Murders Club, Grand Infamous and Partners in Crime. Partners in Crime created a single that generated great buzz.
