The contemporary light rock of the Shelley Barratt Band has Jazz, Folk, and Celtic influences. Clear vocals with painted melodies lace with intelligent guitar work. Shelley has performed at festivals such as downtown Civic Center and EXPO New Mexico in Albuquerque, the Town of Estancia, Happy Hours at The District, and more. Shelley has performed solo at Folk Alliance, Hyperactive Music Festival and in NM, CO, AZ, TX, WY, TN and CA. Shelley’s songs have garnered attention on various internet radio, independent music sites and contests including “Honorable Mention” in the Billboard World Songwriting Contest, and Fame Games Special Edition ‘Reviewer’s Picks’.
