... I'm getting the songs recorded and posted as time permits. Keep in mind, I'm mixing this stuff down myself... and have no experience doing so. EQ'ing isn't as easy as it looks either. Most tunes have been recording using minimal equipment and only 4 tracks. That's why we call them "Ruff Cutz," ladies and gentlemen.
I've always had a thing for sinister-looking clowns. Maybe because it was the most terrifying thing I knew of when I was at a very impressionable young age... and now, since one of them never did visit me in the dead of night and terrorize my very soul, I just think they're cool looking. So that's why they're here, thanks for asking.
I've been writing music since I figured out that I could. Now, the crap I write that I especially dig, I can record... lots of it, I'll put here.
My buddy, Jose, and I sit around and play riffs... and then I make 'em into something resembling songs. Influences? We're influenced by stuff we play - which is influenced by stuff we've heard before and then our songs are sculpted by stuff we know about. Anyone who answers anything else is probably lying.
Jose grew up in the Southeast, and was seasoned on the Left Coast, before returning to the Southeast. I grew up in the frozen North and moved South at the turn of the century. (I've always wanted to use that term regarding my own life - which is why I wrote this paragraph to begin with.)
I've got some more writing and recording to do - so why am I still typing this drivel? ..
