JAZZ-FUNK As a lover of cinematic music, I base my compositions on the idea of the movies of the 60's and 70's. I like the idea of songs that have different stages and moods, constantly changing and building, pushing its way to the finale and an overall progressive element for the main theme of the song.I'm looking at it as trying to compress an entire soundtrack album ( or at least half anyway) , with all its elements and moods based around one main melody, into a single song. Im still working on achieving this idea .I love most genres of music,give or take. Usually into modern rock mostly but I've gotten very nostalgic recently. I dunno, i think it was watching Dirty Harry again recently that got me going this way.I grew up in the East End of London,UK. Currently based in Istanbul,Turkey (7 years or so). I study the works of Barrios Mangore on classical guitar.
