About Me

In 2006, Frank D’Erasmo (Drums) wrote what turned out to be an 11 song album... 11 songs that he thought were too good not to be heard... That’s when Legionary was born... These songs will be on the bands first full length album titled "Changing Fate"... This album will be recorded sometime in 2008... Legionary’s lyrics are mostly about life experiences and thoughts on mainstream society... This band is not just centered around speed riffs and blast beats... Each song also has many groove parts... During the songwriting process, the goal was to make each song sound entirely different than the last... That goal was surely accomplished.
Cappa (Guitar) and Evan Kaiman (Vocals) are the two other members of Legionary... Legionary also had some outside help from the Vermont death metal band Tyrannizer... Along with Frank, they helped write the guitar solos that you will hear on the album... Hindenburg of Tyrannizer will record the solos come recording time... To complete the band, Legionary is still looking for a lead guitarist and a bassist... MESSAGE THE BAND HERE ON MYSPACE, OR EMAIL [email protected], OR [email protected] IF YOU’RE INTERESTED... Frank D’Erasmo has played for local bands such as Rizen, Ninth Degree, Ethereum, and has jammed with many other skilled musicians in the NYC area... Keep an eye out for this band in the near future.
