Eat your heart out, Kozik!!!
We don't know about you, but we're sick of having to listen to goddamned Yanni anytime we decide to work out to a yoga video! We're bored with stuffy fitness videos on soundstages with bad music and the same tired old routines our moms used to do.
Well, we've put our money where are glutes are and put together this kickass new fitness video series for people like us... MF'ing indie rockers!
Here's what we promise you:

- FUN WORKOUTS
- & A HOT BOD JUST IN TIME FOR SUMMER!
The lessons are taught by the most badass instructor ever... CHAOS, a certified Yoga instructor and personal trainer who teaches at The Joint Fitness on Hollywood Blvd in LA!
We're the students, and you can follow along with us! Karri is a beginner, Kristina is intermediate, and Page is advanced, so just figure out which one of us to pace yourself with and follow along!
On each DVD, Chaos will start by instructing Karri through a Beginner Session, explaining each move right down to which muscles you'll be working. Then she'll lead the three of us through a hardcore workout with extra adrenaline provided by some of our favorite indie rock bands.
Our first two installments YOGA FOR INDIE ROCKERS and PILATES FOR INDIE ROCKERS come out this Spring. Let us know what you think!
