Elizabeth Loring
Elizabeth Loring is a lead vocalist, songwriter and bass player who for many years was very active in the Southern California bluegrass music scene. She has played in several "SoCal" bluegrass bands and has also recorded her original material with the San Diego band "Hwy 52", a group that counted Chris Stuart and Janet Beazley among its members before it retired. She was also president of the San Diego Bluegrass Society for several years and editor of the "inTUNE: Southern California Bluegrass News", an award-winning bimonthly newsletter. She currently performs solo and with Larry White at local music venues.
Larry White
Larry is a bluegrass banjo player and tenor vocalist who began his bluegrass music career in the Pacific Northwest. He has played in quite a few bands over the years with many talented folks including: Peter Schwimmer, Michael Brooks, Lou Martin, John Cadley, Tom Hosmer, John Rossbach, Lex Browning, James Mason, Stacy Phillips, Jeff Miller, Rick Shubb, Markie Sanders, Greg Clarke, Barbara Lamb and has appeared on the NBC Today Show with Portland's "Dr. Corn's Bluegrass Remedy." He is currently performing with Elizabeth Loring and doing session recording and performing with other local acoustic music groups.
