About Me

This is my first ever pathetically amateur bloggish video. Please forgive me being so geeky as to be walking around with my laptop open, filming everything with my isight camera. . . but I'm learning.Hello Everyone! I play fiddle and sing in a band called Nickel Creek and am so happy to finally have my own, personal, music site! Thanks to all of you who have been bugging me about this for so long, and extra special thanks to my friend for succumbing my harassments and setting up this myspace page for me. For a while now I've been recording rather nice demo versions of songs I like for a proper solo record, and many of them have grown from baby, to teen-age tracks. Because of Nickel Creek's relentless recording and touring schedules over the years, however, no songs have quite grown-up, as of yet. But just to give you a little idea, I'll be putting tracks up now and again. With the time at home this winter, I'm very much looking forward to finishing this project of mine, recording and playing shows with friends, going to see some great concerts! I'll be keeping you posted on the progress in each of these things! x
