About Me

In Hawaiian and many Polynesian societies tattoo is a (sacred) form of family and personal identification (genealogy). Genealogy is so important to the Hawaiian people that they know their family history back literally hundreds of generations. Tattooing is the process of carving (cutting deep grooves) and coloring a family history story-telling pattern into the skin of a Hawaiian descendant. This is true for all Polynesianâ€™s as well as many indigenous peoples. Knowing our history and family lineage is crucial to who we are and why we are the way we are. The Hawaiian culture is not the only culture that has these similar beliefs. This is the best way to get a tattoo with meaning that you will never regret. My Interests

The purpose of this page is to allow people to order custom tattoos based on family genealogy and specific character. Detailed Polynesian design custom to virtually any part of your body can be drawn out edited by you and made easily available for any local tattoo artist to do (by making pattern available). This allows people who do not have access to a Polynesian artist or likes to see the design before it is actually tattooed on your body. THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS SITE IS TO KEEP THE HAWAIIAN CULTURE ALIVE AND WELL THROUGH ART AND GEANEOLOGY..
