From the moment Mark spent his first night in a serious house music club, he knew he was addicted.
Although living in Ramsgate at the time he found it very hard to get a fix of quality house music. This is what fuelled his ambition to become a DJ. Hours of practise followed before managing to persuade the owner of a local beach front bar to give him a job playing relaxed, funky soulful "Sunday afternoon" house music.
Following success, a local club job beckoned, with the chance to play underground house for a music hungry croud in the basement of a local club. Here Mark found the ability to keep the dance floor full and the music fresh which took him onto various guest spots at Manto's and SweetSuite in Londons Soho. In 2003 a change of day job meant a move to Nottingham, so the process of trying to get a break started over again, but playing records was truly under his skin so the direction was onward and upwards. Since arriving in the Midlands Mark has played many events including, UltraFunk, LoveZoo, The Red, KGV playing alongside some fantastic DJ talents the likes of Kid Massive, Oliver Lang, DJ Disciple, Timmy Magic, Femme Fatale and Howard Donald.
Mark currently has residencies FLASHBACK and WASTED GLAMOUR both in nottingham.
Mark loves to play tracks which really stand out, be it an addictive bassline, captivating vocals, accapellas or a riff that blows you away. Its all about getting people to forget their troubles and PARTY!
