Nacido el 11 de agosto de 1983 en la "Capital de la salsa" Cali.Valle del Cauca Colombia Heredo la Vena artistica de la abuela materna quien interpreta diferentes intrumentos musicales, la pasion por las Artes escenicas de su padre y la inclinacion por las Ciencias economicas de su madre.
Afro Caribbean, Mestizo Indian decent cuttz el colombiano at the age of 5 along with his younger brother and mother arrived New york / spending a year in the city with his uncle and grandmother. They all then moved to rockland county where he finished elementary school . Unfortunately their house burned down and they moved upstate to orange county where he went to middle school and finished high school in warwick and experienced the loss of his uncle. It wasnt until college did this young charismatic man full of energy really begin searching for his identity and expressing himself through his work. Piercing through rhythms with his words he created his name cuttz.3yrs later after switching his major twice and taking various courses in theater he finally graduate with his A.S degree in business Administration and is planning on furthering his studies in performance theater and latin American sutdies. Realizing how much power words had when their backed up by truth he opened his heart to performing. Now a musician actor and poet cuttz el colombiano has discovered his tool jumping back and forth from English to Spanish. Drawing both latinos, Spanish and English speaking people through his poetry and conscious hip hop.

I speak for those who have no choice, for those locked up beaten and abused, for those to shy to step out from their shadows, for those revolutionaries fighting for their countries that are being swallowed. I write, for my ancestors that breathe culture into my soul , I write to unite, for the struggle and the fight to be treated equal as humans not categorized as a color or status.I speak for those who havent had the chance de ser libre.
