The Marc Vee Band is a professional music entertainment band that plays private parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs, reunions, company conventions and other private functions. The band plays an extensive and wide ranging catalog of music that encompasses songs spanning over five decades with something for everyone. The band will also customize their sets to accomodate specific genres and categories of music for any occasion. Band Members: Wendy Derigo, lead vocalist. Stew Melcher, bass and vocals. Mark Siracusa , drums and vocals. Marc Vee, lead and rhythym guitars,vocals. Tom Weaver, rhythym and lead guitars, vocals.
Sounds Like:The Marc Vee band consists of five members. Marc Vee handles guitar and vocal duties, Tom Weaver plays the guiatr, keyboards, and adds his gifted vocal abilities to the band. Wendy DeRigo adds her sultry and energetic vocal talents to the group. Wendy is the bands female lead vocalist who looks and sounds great. The band rounds out it's versatile sound with Stew Melcher on bass and vocals and drummer Mark Siracusa on the drums. This quintet of seasoned musicians can perform many styles of music ranging from cocktail hour and dinner music including jazz standards to rock and roll, Latin standards, Blues, Disco, Smooth Jazz and popular songs of yesterday and today. This group is also willing to learn a song for a client's special event if the client desires a song which is not on the band's song list.The desire of the Marc Vee band is to entertain and satisfy their clients by providing first class music. The band's aim is to always sound and look the best that they can and they bring this philosophy to the best country clubs, hotels, and venues in the area. This group has perfromed at The HideAway Beach Club, Marco Island, FL, The Tiburon Golf and Country Club, Naples, FL, The Pelican's Nest Country Club at Pelican Landing, Bonita Springs, FL, The Pelican Isle Yacht Club in Naples, The Collier Athletic Club, Naples, FL, The Quail West Country Club, The Tween Waters Resort on Captiva Isalnd, The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples, The Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island, The Hyatt Regency Hotel at Coconut Point, and the La Playa Resort in Naples, just to name a few. The Marc vee band has provided music for clients such as Coca-Cola, NARAS, NBC, The American Cancer Society, The Javon Kearse Foundation, Suntrust Bank, The News Press, The Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, The Rotary Club of Bonita Springs, Congress Jewelers, Johnson Engineering, Morgan Stanley, and many more.When you hire the Marc Vee band, you will experience the talents of five mature entertainers who take pride in delivering top quality music with a courteous, friendly attitude on and off the band stand.
