Movies, books, music and theatre. Sleeping, coffee, sugar and talking. Bar-b-ques, parties, picnics, the park. Kevin, Patty, Phyllis, Lisa, Tara, Amanda, Jan & Jack. Changing seasons, feeling dramatic. Capes. I love antiques, flea markets and ancient history. I enjoy good conversation with people that make me laugh and get my dry wit.
You Are Cinderella!
Dignified and hard working. With a gentle and soft-spoken manner you have something many people don't. Patience. Even through the moments of heartbreak you're still able to hold onto all of your hopes and dreams. Bide your time; your dream will come true.
Which Disney Princess Are You?
My friends are varied and unique in their tastes. Just like me I guess. So, I'd like to meet and get to know all different kinds of people. My one criteria is a sense of humor.
I'm more in to Rock both oldies and current, but I also enjoy jazz, blues and torch songs (especially in the winter in front of my fireplace when I'm feeling all moody) and theatre music. I can see the worth and beauty of almost any genre.
I like running and gunning movies. Love scary flicks and movies that make me laugh. Don't go much for chick flicks and only want to see movies that I know will make me cry when I'm alone. Just about anything Tarentino, Romero, Farley Bros. or Polanski. Fearless Vampire Killers has got to be one of my all time favs! Chinatown, Pulp Fiction, both Kill Bills, Assassination Bureau, The Terminator, Marvin, 13th Warrior, Dogfight, all the Indiana Jones, Lethal Weapons, Lord of the Rings & Mad Max movies, Spiderman, Long Hot Summer, The Scary Movies, Halloween, Fog, Scream, Rocky Horror, True Lies, True Romance, The Heathers, Ghost (even though it made me cry), Titanic (yeah, that made me cry too). The Big Hit, Rock Star. Sunset Blvd., To Kill a Mockingbird and countless others. Oh and pretty much anything with Johnny Depp. That bad boy.
Lost, desperate housewives, darkshadows, Secrets of the Dead, anything with Anthropology or Archeology, Prison Break, 24, Survivior, Amazing Race, medium, Farscape (what were they thinking cancelling that show?), Nip/tuck, Rescue Me, CSI. Can you tell I'm a geek? Hard to tell by the list but I actually do other things besides watch T.V.
Trashy with rare moments of class such as Ken Kesey, James Kirkwood & Salinger, but generally just plain trash. Can't help myself. The only thing I read on a regular basis that requires any brain matter would be Smithsonian, Archaeology, Discover and Scientific American. I don't really understand that last one, but I keep thinking that if I keep reading it then one day I'll have this idiot savant moment and everything will gel. If that doesn't seal my geek factor than I don't know what!
Single mothers, people that don't give up and anyone that works hard and makes it.
